2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use paid TokMetrics memberships.
By using TokMetrics, you confirm that:
you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement;

3. Memberships & Billing
TokMetrics offers subscription-based memberships which may include recurring monthly billing.
By purchasing a membership, you agree that:
payments are processed securely through third-party providers such as Stripe;
subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled;
you are responsible for managing your subscription and cancellation settings.
You are responsible for maintaining accurate billing information.
Failure to pay may result in:
suspension of access;
removal from community spaces;
cancellation of platform access.
We reserve the right to:
modify pricing;
update features;
change membership structures;

Subscription Cancellation:
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or payment management portal.
Unless otherwise stated, cancellation will prevent future renewals but will not automatically result in a refund for the current billing period.

By purchasing a membership, you acknowledge that digital content and services may begin immediately and that refunds may not be available once access has been granted, except where required by applicable law.

publicly repost;
commercially exploit
any TokMetrics content without written permission.
Account sharing is strictly prohibited.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activity occurring under their account.
6. Third-Party Content & Public Platform Data
TokMetrics may display publicly available information from third-party platforms, including but not limited to:
creator usernames;
profile images;
product references;
publicly accessible social media content;
publicly available statistics and analytics.

TokMetrics is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to TikTok or any third-party creators, brands, or platforms unless explicitly stated.
All trademarks, creator content, brand names, platform assets, and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
TokMetrics does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or real-time availability of publicly available third-party platform data.

7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
misuse the platform;
attempt to gain unauthorised access;

TokMetrics reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
8. Community Conduct
Users participating in TokMetrics communities, webinars, coaching calls, or support groups must behave respectfully.
We reserve the right to remove users for:
harassment;
abusive behaviour;
hate speech;
spam;
disruptive conduct;
unauthorised promotion or self-advertising.
9. Affiliate Programme
TokMetrics may offer affiliate or referral programmes through third-party software providers.
Affiliate commissions, referral tracking, discount codes, and payouts may be managed through external platforms such as PromoteKit.
TokMetrics reserves the right to:
modify commission structures;
reject fraudulent referrals;
remove affiliates from the programme;
withhold payouts where abuse or misuse is suspected.
10. Educational & Earnings Disclaimer
TokMetrics provides educational content, tools, and analytical insights only.
We do not guarantee:
earnings;
sales;
business success;
TikTok Shop performance;
account growth;
viral content.
Results vary between individuals and depend on many external factors.
Any earnings examples shared are illustrative only and should not be considered guarantees.
11. Third-Party Services
TokMetrics may integrate with or reference third-party services including:
TikTok;
Stripe;
Memberstack;
PromoteKit;
Whop;
Zapier;
Dorik;
Embedded media providers.
TokMetrics is not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, pricing changes, or platform decisions.
12. Platform Availability
We aim to keep TokMetrics available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
TokMetrics is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis.
We make no guarantees that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every user's individual requirements.
We are not liable for:
downtime;
maintenance interruptions;
server outages;
